Our office is set up in Farooqi Mansion over in Gulbarga. It’s in the Basveshwar Colony Extension area. The house number is 4-601/72. It’s a sturdy building, and we’ve been using it for our operations for quite a while now. Gulbarga can get incredibly hot during the summer, so we spent a good amount of time fixing up the cooling inside so we could actually get some work done. It’s not a corporate headquarters type of place. It’s more like a local hub where a few of us gather to manage the day’s tasks. We have a lot of files stacked up, and there’s always someone coming in or out with some news about a project. We keep things pretty informal here. You might see us having lunch together at the big main table. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. We deal with a lot of different people, from workers to suppliers. It keeps the days interesting. Sometimes we struggle with the paperwork, but we always manage to stay on top of things eventually. It’s just a practical, local office where real work happens every day. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy presentations. We just focus on the job at hand in our corner of the colony. It’s a simple life but we like the work.
