We are located out in Gulbarga at Sy No 77, Plot No 100 in Gubbi Colony. It’s right on Sedam Road. A lot of people know the area because of Gubbi Bavi, which is the big well nearby. It’s a good landmark to give people when they are trying to find the office for the first time. The Sedam Road side of town is always moving, lots of trucks and dust, but that’s just Gulbarga for you. We’ve been operating Infra Neo Consultancy LLP from here because the space works for us. It isn't a high-end corporate park. It’s just a regular building where we can spread out our maps and plans. The heat in Gulbarga can be a bit much in April and May, so we tend to start our days early before it gets too intense. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a big table talking through projects. There is usually a pile of blueprints in the corner that needs filing. We don't spend much on decorating or trying to look like something we aren't. We’re just consultants who know the local area and the land here. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but we make do with what we have. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. People stop by, we talk, we work, and that is about it. We just keep our heads down and get on with the day.
