Grasim Industries (Rajashree Cement)

Our location is out in Gulbarga, specifically at the Rajashree Cement site. It is located at Av 6/9 in Aditya Nagar, which is along Malkhed Road. Being part of Grasim Industries, this spot is focused on the cement side of things. The pin code for this area is 585 292. Working out here in Karnataka is a bit different than being in a big city center. It’s more of an industrial setting, as you can imagine with the cement works being nearby. Aditya Nagar is basically where most of the activity happens for the staff and the operations. The road to Malkhed can get quite dusty with all the trucks moving in and out, which is pretty standard for this type of work. Our office is a practical space where we keep track of the day's numbers and the schedules. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s about getting the cement where it needs to go. The weather in Gulbarga can get really hot during the summer months, so we all just try to stay cool and stay on top of our tasks. There’s a sense of community here because many people live and work in the same general area. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a working site where real labor happens.
