This particular spot is over at Quarter No: Hr-10/2 in Adityanagar. It’s right near the Rajashree Cement area in Gulbarga, Karnataka. Since it’s a quarter, it feels a lot more like a home than a standard office building in the city. We have a small setup here where we handle certain administrative bits for the operation. It’s usually quiet inside, which is a big change from the actual plant down the road. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets on our screens. It's a very local way of working. We walk to most places around the colony since everything is right there for us. It’s convenient for keeping an eye on things without being in the middle of all the heavy machinery and noise. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot of work to do. We don't have a big sign out front or anything fancy. People who need to find us usually know where we are already. It’s just a simple room with a few desks and some old files. We make sure the paperwork for the staff and the daily operations gets processed properly. It’s one of those necessary jobs that stays behind the scenes most of the time. We like it that way. It’s just us doing what we need to do in our little corner of Gulbarga. Nothing more to it.
