Our place is located out by Rajashree Cement in Aditya Nagar. Being near the Malkhed Road means there are always trucks and movement nearby throughout the day. It’s an industrial sort of area, so you expect a bit of dust and a lot of activity at all hours. We’re part of the team based here in Gulbarga, Karnataka. The work is steady and mostly involves keeping track of what’s coming and going from the site. It’s not the quietest spot to work, but you get used to the sounds of the plant and the traffic after a few weeks. We have a daily routine that we stick to. It keeps things from getting messy or confused. Most of us have been working in this area for quite a while, so we know the layout of Aditya Nagar pretty well by now. It’s a community of its own out here. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that. Just the basics to get the job done right. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the lunch break if it’s not too dusty. It’s a practical life for practical people. We deal with the logistics and the daily requirements of the site. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here doing our bit for the company at this specific location in Gulbarga. It’s just how things are.
