Berger Paints

Over here at Berger Paints, we are based out of Gulbarga in Karnataka. This is where we’ve set up our operation for handling paint. It’s a bit different from the big cities like Bangalore, and we like the pace here. Our office is just a regular place where we get our daily tasks done. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big corporate lobby. It’s just a functional space with some desks and chairs where we can focus on the work. Most of our day is spent looking at orders and making sure everything is in order. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do and we take it seriously. We don't really use marketing speak or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local branch doing our part. The people working here are from around the area, so we know the community well. Sometimes things get a bit slow, and other times we’re running around trying to catch up, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a grand vision or anything. We just want to make sure the paint gets to the people who need it. It’s a practical business and we keep it that way. We’ve been in Gulbarga for a while now and it feels like home. We just keep doing what we’re doing, one day at a time, without any fuss. It is a good place to be.
