We’ve been here in Gulbarga for a while now, specifically in the Madeena Colony area near Roza. Most people just know us as the local guys who handle building stuff and give advice when a project gets stuck. Our office at H No. 5 408/6C/1 is where we keep all the blueprints and old files piled up. It gets pretty dusty with all the construction work around, but that’s just how it is. We aren't a big fancy firm from the city center, just a small team trying to keep up with the local demand in Karnataka. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get things done on time, especially when it’s 40 degrees outside, but we manage. People drop by without calling first, which is fine because we are usually around anyway. We deal with various consultants and workers every day. It’s a lot of coordination between the materials coming in and the labor schedules. Sometimes things get messy with the paperwork, but we get through it. There is always someone coming in asking for a quick check on a site or some help with a plan. We have seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just try to do our part here in Gulbarga without making a big fuss about it. If you walk down the road in Madeena Colony, you’ll probably see our sign. It is not the biggest, but it works for us.
