It’s a busy part of town, which we like because there’s always something happening and people moving about. Working in infrastructure means we’re often out in the sun, dealing with the heat Gulbarga is famous for. It's hard work, but someone has to do it. We share the space with Naveed Ahmed Khan’s place. It’s not some massive headquarters, just a simple spot where we can keep our files and meet up before heading out to a job. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure the supplies actually arrived at the site. We deal with the usual local challenges, like power cuts or transport delays. That’s just part of life here. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We build stuff and we fix stuff. It’s about being there on the ground when things need to happen. The bus stand across the street is a constant reminder of how much movement there is in this city. We're just a small part of that movement, trying to contribute where we can. It’s been a learning process since we started, and we’re still learning something new every day we’re on the job. It isn't perfect, but we try to do right by the people we work with.
