This part of the business is based out near Malkhed Road at the Rajashree Cement site. It’s a very industrial setting here in Adityanager, quite different from a city office. There is a lot of dust and movement all day long with trucks and machinery being part of the backdrop. We are located at Basweshvar 1 12. It’s where the actual work happens. The air is thick with the smell of the plant, and everyone here wears sturdy boots because that’s just what the job requires. We aren't sitting in a polished boardroom; mostly we are on the floor or in the small admin building making sure the cement gets moved out. Living and working out here in this part of the country means you have to be okay with the heat and the hard work. People who work here have been doing it for years, and they know the machines better than they know their own cars. It’s a busy environment where things don’t really stop. We handle the logistical side of things, making sure the schedules are met and the loads are correct. It’s a practical place for practical people. No one puts on airs here. We just focus on getting the product out to where it needs to be. It can be loud, it can be hot, but it’s what we do every day. We don't bother with fancy talk, we just get the loading done and keep the trucks moving.
