Othello Developers is based in a quiet part of Gujarat. We operate out of the Viroja area, which falls under the Matar Taluka in the Kheda district. Our mailing address is through the Post Office in Sayla. It is a bit of a rural setting compared to the big cities, but that is exactly how we like it. We spend a lot of our time out on the land or at the site locations rather than sitting in an office all day. Working in the Kheda district means we are surrounded by a lot of open space and smaller villages. It is a very different pace of life here. We do not have a flashy office with a bunch of sales people in suits. Instead, it is mostly just us and some basic equipment for our development work. We focus on the practical side of things. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure things are moving along as they should in Viroja. The weather can be quite tough in the summer, but the people in Matar are used to it and so are we. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone with complicated talk. We just tell it like it is.
