Monarch Construction

We are located right opposite the bus stand in Chuda, which is in the Surendranagar district. Being near the bus stand means there is always a lot of activity and people around, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. We are a construction outfit, so most of our time is spent out on site rather than sitting behind a desk. We handle a lot of the local building work around this part of Gujarat. It involves a lot of managing labor, getting sand and bricks delivered, and making sure the foundations are poured correctly. The weather here can get incredibly hot, which makes the outdoor work tough for the crew. We have a small office where we keep our tools and some of the records, but it is a simple setup. People from the village often drop by to talk about their building plans or to see if we can help with a small repair. We don't have any big corporate layers; it is just us and our machines. Sometimes the supply of materials gets interrupted or we have trouble with the equipment, but we just find a way to fix it and keep moving. It is honest, physical work that keeps us busy from sunrise until the evening. We know the land here and how to build for the local conditions, and we just focus on getting the structures finished as planned.
