Our place is at Jl912 Kotra Sultanabad in Bhopal. It’s a decent area, not too far from the main parts of the city but tucked away enough that we don’t get all the heavy noise. The office itself is just a basic room with some sturdy tables and a few cabinets for all our folders. We spend a lot of time here looking at drawings and talking about the projects we have going on. It’s not one of those polished offices you see in magazines. There’s usually a bit of dust on the windows and the floor has some scuff marks from our boots. Bhopal can get quite cold in the winters and really hot in the summers, so we’re always messing with the windows or the heater. We have a small kettle for making tea, which is pretty much essential for us. Most of the people around here are regulars, and we see the same faces every day when we walk to get lunch. Kotra Sultanabad has its own rhythm. We’ve been at this address long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the number anymore. We just do our work, keep our things organized, and try to stay on top of the daily tasks. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up the desk at the end of the day. It’s just how we operate.
