Ultratech Cement Limited, Jafrabad

Our branch is based in Jafrabad, specifically at Block No: C5/5 in the Narmada Cement Housing Colony. This is where the Ultratech Cement team for this area operates. The colony is a bit of an older place, and you can see the history in the buildings. Being in Jafarabad means we are close to the industrial side of things, and the housing colony is where most of us stay and work. It is a simple life here. We don't have the big city rush, but we have plenty of work to keep us busy with the cement operations. The office is small and usually smells a bit like old paper and tea. We spend our days tracking the movements of the cement and talking to the drivers. The coastal air around here can be a bit salty, which affects the equipment if we aren't careful. We are just a local team doing what needs to be done for the larger group. There isn't anything corporate or shiny about our setup. It is just a block in a housing colony where we get the job done. Sometimes we sit outside during the breaks just to get away from the screens. It is a steady kind of work, and we have been part of this community for a long time now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is handled correctly by the end of the shift.
