Steelco Gujarat Ltd(In Diploma Trainee)

Over at Steelco Gujarat Ltd, specifically the section involved with the Diploma Trainee side, we are based on the Patan-Palanpur Highway. We are near the Ambica Way Bridge at A9, Utsav Bunglow in Deesa, which is in the Banaskantha district of Gujarat. It is a bit of a unique spot since we are right off the highway. We get a lot of people passing through. The bungalow setup makes for a different kind of workspace than a typical office building. We spend a lot of time focusing on the training aspect and the technical side of the steel industry. It can get a bit technical, but we try to keep the language simple for the trainees. There is always a lot of coming and going with people learning the trade. We aren't a big corporate school; we are just a practical place where people learn how to work with steel. The bridge is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It is dusty out here sometimes because of the highway, but we don't mind much. We just keep the files in order and the trainees busy. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything like that. We just show people how the work is done and hope they pick it up. It is a busy, everyday kind of place in the heart of Banaskantha.
