We are located over on Zps Street at number 78/4. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes when the delivery trucks show up at the same time. We've been operating out of this place for a bit now, focusing on whatever building materials are needed for the local projects. It isn’t some massive warehouse with hundreds of people, just a handful of us making sure everything is in order. Most days are spent on the phone or checking the inventory in the back. The street gets a little noisy in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a while. We don't use a lot of fancy software to run things, mostly just notebooks and keeping track of who needs what. It’s a simple way of doing business but it works for us. Sometimes the shipments are late or something goes wrong with a supplier, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because they live or work nearby on Zps Street. We keep the doors open and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We usually close up when the sun goes down and start again the next morning. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by pretty fast.
