Our office and warehouse are at No. 52/1 V. Kotta Road Post Box No. 57 Pernambut. It’s a practical location for moving goods in and out, which is what we do most of the time. We deal with various chemical products and supplies for different uses. It’s not a glamorous business, mostly involves a lot of inventory checking and making sure the drums and bags are stored properly in the back. The office is small and usually has stacks of invoices and ledgers on the desks. We’ve been operating in Pernambut for a good while, so we know the local logistics and the people around here pretty well. It’s often dusty around here with the trucks coming by, but that’s part of the trade we are in. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just talk to our regular customers and handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan spinning. We focus on getting the right products to the people who need them without making a big fuss about it. It’s a steady kind of work. We know the regulars by their first names. If someone needs something specific, we see if we can source it through our contacts. It’s just how we run things day to day on V. Kotta Road. We keep our heads down and get the work done.
