Super Fabb

Super Fabb is based at No. 405-B on Vaniyampadi Road in Ranipet. Ranipet is an industrial town, so we fit right in with all the other workshops around here. Our place is mostly a big open shed where we do the fabrication work. There’s a lot of welding going on, so you’ll see the flashes of blue light if you walk by. Vaniyampadi Road can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing through, but we keep the doors open for the breeze. We don’t have air conditioning or anything fancy like that. It’s just fans and open space. We work on all kinds of metal structures. Some days we are cutting big sheets, and other days we are joining parts together. It’s loud and there’s always the smell of burnt metal in the air. We keep our tools organized on the walls, though things tend to get moved around during a busy project. The staff here are locals who live nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't have a lot of meetings or paperwork. We just look at what needs to be built and get started on it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big job, but that’s just the nature of fabrication. We focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. The yard is usually full of materials waiting to be used for the next job on the list.
