Value Added Coating Solution is based out of K-288 in Site-V, right in the middle of the Surajpur Industrial Area. Being in this part of Greater Noida means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses, so there is always something going on. Our team is pretty small, mostly just local people who have learned the trade over the years. We focus on industrial coating, which means a lot of prepping metal and making sure the final layer is thick enough to last. The workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building with the right tools for the job. We keep a lot of parts and supplies on the racks because you never know when a big order might come in. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean the spray guns and check the ovens. We don’t really go in for big meetings or long emails. Usually, we just talk over things on the floor while the work is happening. It’s dusty work, and the floors get stained, but that’s the reality of a coating plant. We’ve stayed at this same address because it’s convenient for the trucks to get in and out. Everyone knows where we are in Site-V. We just focus on the task at hand, making sure the parts are ready when they need to be. It's a simple operation, run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
