We are out in the industrial area at Site IV UPSIDC, at D-22 23. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, but it's where all the manufacturing happens. The air is different here, smells like rubber and machinery. We deal with rubber and plastic parts, mostly for other businesses. The factory floor is loud and there's always something moving. Our office is just a small part of the building where we keep the records and handle the bills. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the production going on, but it’s where we do our work. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know the machines and we know what they can do. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves if we can. It’s a straightforward way of living. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just make the parts and send them out. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area and we have to wait for the generators to kick in. It’s just part of the day. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to make sure the products we send out are what the customer asked for. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on at home.
