Our office is part of a residential society, so it has a different feel than a typical commercial zone. It is a bit more personal. We have our setup on the fourth floor. It is a decent space, though it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the quiet of the society. Most of the people working here live nearby in Greater Noida or Noida. We are not a massive corporate entity with hundreds of floors. We are just a branch of Unitech Limited operating out of this specific apartment complex. We spend our time on the computers and taking calls. There is no big reception area with someone waiting to greet you. We usually just answer the door ourselves. It is a practical way to work. We do not use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. The elevators sometimes take a while, but that is just how it is. We keep our heads down and get the work done. It is a simple, functional office where we focus on our daily tasks without any extra fluff. We like the location because it is easy to get to and does not feel like a factory.
