If you find yourself in Ecotech-3, look for Plot No. 228 in Udyog Kendra-2. That’s where Unisert Machines India is based. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now, and it’s a solid location for what we do. We mostly deal with machines that go into other factories—stuff for putting components onto circuit boards and that kind of thing. It’s fairly specialized, so we don't get random people walking in off the street very often. Most of our day is spent either on the phone with clients or working on the machines themselves. It's a bit of a technical environment, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. The team here is small. We know each other's families and how everyone likes their tea. The warehouse part of the building is where most of the action happens. We have crates waiting to be shipped and old parts that we keep just in case someone needs a repair on an older model. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy slogan. We just show up, do the assembly and testing, and make sure the machines are ready to go. The industrial area can be a bit grey and dusty, but inside we keep things as orderly as we can. It’s a practical business. We focus on the nuts and bolts of the machinery rather than having polished meetings in a boardroom. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
