Vectra Advanced Engineering Private Limited is located at Plot No. 22 in Udyog Vihar, right in the middle of Goutam Budh Nagar. Being in this part of town means we deal with a lot of traffic every morning, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. Our workshop is where we handle various engineering tasks that require a lot of focus. We have some high-end machines, but the heart of the place is really just the people who know how to run them. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and then looking at pieces of cut metal to see if they match up. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We have a lot of scrap bins that fill up quickly, and the sound of the metal collector’s truck is a regular part of our week. It’s a busy environment where we mostly talk about tolerances and materials. We don't have any big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do the engineering work that needs doing, and then head home to our families. It’s a simple setup that works for us.
