We’re based out of unit 117 in Toy City, over in Ecotech III, Udyog Kendra II. It sounds like a mouthful, but it’s just an industrial area where a lot of work gets done. Teleios Automation Engineering Services India Pvt. Ltd. is our full name, though we usually just think of ourselves as the team at 117. We spend a lot of time around machines and technical drawings. It’s not a clean, white-carpet kind of office. There’s usually some equipment being tested or parts being moved around. We like being in an industrial zone because we’re around other people who are also building and fixing things. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking and re-checking. Engineering can be tedious, but we don't mind the details. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly about what we can do with automation. Sometimes the weather makes the drive out here a bit of a slog, but once we’re inside, we just get to it. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the systems we work on actually function like they’re supposed to. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening most days. We keep an old radio in the corner, though half the time it’s just static. It feels more like a workshop that way.
