You can find The Yellow Chilli over at Jagat Singh Farm Market, specifically at S-4 in Greater Noida. We’ve been here for a bit and it’s a busy little corner of the market. There’s always a lot of noise and activity around us, which we’ve mostly gotten used to by now. It’s a practical place to run a kitchen. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us and the staff making sure the food is ready every day. Running a place in Jagat Singh Farm Market means you see a lot of different people. We have folks coming in from all over Greater Noida. The S-4 spot is easy to spot once you’re in the market area. It gets pretty crowded on the weekends, and the kitchen can get really hot when all the stoves are going. We don’t really do the whole polished business talk. We just focus on the work. Sometimes we’re a bit short-handed or a shipment arrives late, but we just figure it out. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort every single day. We’ve been a part of this market for a while and we know the other shop owners around here. It’s a good community to be in. We just keep our heads down, cook the food, and keep the place running as best as we can.
