Singh Electric

Singh Electric has been operating out of Plot No. 105 in Udyog Kendra for quite some time. We’re mostly a place where you can find all the bits and pieces for electrical work, or get something fixed that’s stopped working. It’s an industrial area, so things move fast around here. The shop is usually filled with coils of wire, switches, and those little components that nobody knows the name of until they need one. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier in the city, just a reliable place for the people working nearby. Sometimes the floor is a bit cluttered with incoming stock, but we know where everything is. If you need a specific fuse or just some advice on why a motor keeps tripping, we try to help out. My family has been doing this kind of work for years, so it feels natural to be surrounded by the smell of solder and insulation. We open early because the workers in Udyog Kendra start their shifts then. It’s not a corporate showroom with bright lights and matching uniforms. It’s just a regular shop where we do our best to solve whatever electrical problem walks through the door. Sometimes we have to hunt through old catalogs to find a part for a machine from the nineties. It takes time, but that’s just part of the job. We enjoy being here and seeing the same faces every day. It's dusty and loud outside, but in here, we just focus on the wires.
