You can find us at Shivam Polymers over in the Surajpur Industrial Area. Our address is B-16, Site-B, right on Dadri Road in Greater Noida. It’s a huge industrial zone out here in Gautam Budh Nagar. Being in this part of Uttar Pradesh means we are surrounded by all kinds of factories. Our day usually starts quite early because the traffic on Dadri Road can get a bit much later on. We deal with polymers, so the floors are always covered in bits and pieces of material. It’s a gritty environment, but we like it that way. It feels like real work. We have a few machines that have been with us since the start and we take good care of them. The guys working the shifts are mostly locals from the nearby villages. We don’t use any complicated jargon. We just talk about what needs fixing and how much we need to produce by Friday. Sometimes we have issues with the raw material supply, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s about being stubborn and not giving up when things get messy. We don't have a PR team or anyone to make us look shiny. What you see is exactly what we are. We just keep our heads down, watch the production lines, and make sure the shipments go out to the right places on time.
