Epack Polymers

Epack Polymers is out at 61- B C Udyog Vihar on the Surajpur Kashna Road. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city, but the space is good for what we do. The machines run almost all the time, making that low humming sound that you stop noticing after an hour or so. We deal with a lot of plastic materials and packing stuff. The air inside smells like warm poly, which is something you just get used to after a week. Our spot in Udyog Vihar is surrounded by other factories, so there’s always a lot of movement on the road. The trucks coming from Kashna Road sometimes get backed up near our main gate. We have a small office area, but most of the time everyone is out on the floor checking the molds or moving crates around. The windows stay pretty grimy because of the dust from the road. We have a small cooler for water that everyone crowds around during the summer months. It’s a practical place. We don’t have any decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and safety charts that have been there for years. Working with polymers is repetitive, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on getting the day’s load ready for the morning pickup. It’s a quiet life out here compared to the city, even with all the factory noise in the background.
