You can find us out at Plot No. I-2 in Site C, over in the Surajpur Industrial Area. Being in Greater Noida West means there is always construction going on around us, so the roads can be a bit dusty most days. We have got a fairly large space here where we handle all the industrial stuff. The floor is usually covered in tools and parts, and there is always a hum from the machines running in the background. It is a loud place, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We start our shifts early to beat the heat, especially in the summer months when it gets really bad. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we have become a bit of a tight group over the years. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the parts we produce are solid and get where they need to go. There is a small office near the entrance where we keep the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the main floor. It is gritty work and your hands get dirty, but that is just part of the job. We usually have our tea breaks together outside when the weather is nice. It is a straightforward operation. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families.
