Mangalmurti Enterprises

Managing two different sites can be a bit of a struggle for us. We have the place at Plot No. 470 on Sihani Nandgram Road in Ghaziabad, and then there is the other one at Plot No. 6 in Udyog Kendra I, Ecotech III, over in Greater Noida. Mangalmurti Enterprises started out as a very small setup, and even though we have two plots now, it still feels like a local family-run thing. Most of our days are spent driving back and forth between the two locations, dealing with the dust and the heat on the roads. The Ghaziabad site is where we do a lot of the initial work, and it can get quite loud with all the machinery running at once. We don't really have a proper office space with air conditioning; we mostly just have some desks set up in a corner of the main shed. It’s practical and it works for what we need. The Greater Noida location is a bit newer, but it’s the same basic idea. We have a lot of heavy equipment and materials stacked up, so there isn't much room for anything else like a lobby or a lounge. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or internet ads. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure our workers are doing okay. It’s a lot of manual labor and daily coordination, but we’ve been at it for a while and we know how to handle it. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a mess, but we keep going anyway.
