Our office for Sharad Propmart Pvt Ltd is over at Alpha I, specifically at K-1. It’s a pretty central spot and we have seen the whole area grow up around us. When we first started, there were far fewer buildings and the roads were a lot quieter. Now, it’s always busy outside. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who know this neighborhood really well. We spend our time helping folks find a place to stay or figuring out what to do with their land. The office at K-1 is simple. We have a couple of computers that are getting a bit old and some filing cabinets that are stuffed full of records. We don't use any fancy sales scripts. We just tell people what we know about the local market and what the prices are looking like this week. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit by the window and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the other shop owners nearby and we usually get our lunch from the same place every day. We don't spend money on big ads. We just stay at our desks and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in. It’s a slow and steady process and we are fine with that.
