Seven Seas Paints Pvt. Ltd. is out in Kasna, specifically at 318-319 in the Eco Ext area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but we like the space we have. It’s mostly industrial around us, so we don't have to worry about making too much noise or the smell of the paint bothering neighbors. The office is really just a part of the warehouse. We have a couple of cabins that are mostly filled with binders and old records. It gets pretty dusty out here in Kasna, so we’re always wiping down the desks. The team is small, just a handful of us who have been together for years. We usually bring our own lunch and eat while talking about the weekend. The roads out here aren't the best, especially when it rains and everything turns into a bit of a mess. But we’ve got our routine down. We start the machines, check the batches, and get the tins ready for shipping. It’s not a complicated life. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some tea bags. People know where to find us if they need something. We don't put much stock in big titles or anything. Everyone just helps out where they can, whether it’s moving crates or answering the phone. It’s a solid way to spend the day.
