Reliable Safety Glass Ltd is based out of F-9 in the Surajpur Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial park, so you’ll see a lot of other factories and warehouses around us. Our workshop is a busy place where we spend our days cutting and processing glass. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of machinery and glass moving around, but we are used to it. The floor is rarely perfectly clean because there is always a bit of glass dust or shavings somewhere, no matter how much we sweep. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a glass tower office. We’re just a group of workers in a functional factory space. We don’t have a fancy showroom for people to browse. Most of our business is done over the phone or with people who come directly to the loading dock. It’s a tough job and the heat from the machinery can make the building very warm during the summer months. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. We rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know we do the work properly. We just focus on the glass and making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s a basic, hardworking environment and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else. We've been at this address for a long time and the routine is the same every day.
