We are based at GF 8 in the Alfa 1 Commercial Bell area of Greater Noida. It’s a ground floor spot, which is really handy because people can just wander in when they’re out doing their shopping or running other errands. Raj Nandini Estates Pvt Ltd is basically a small team of us who know this part of Greater Noida inside out. We spend a lot of our time dealing with commercial plots and residential spaces around the Alfa 1 area. The office is usually humming with some sort of activity, whether it's someone on the phone or a visitor asking about current property prices. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate. Our desks are usually covered in maps, old notebooks, and property documents. We’ve been in the commercial bell for a while and we’ve seen it grow and change quite a bit over the years. It’s a lively place to be, and we enjoy the energy of the neighborhood. We aren't here to give you a big speech or use complicated words. We just talk about what’s available on the market today. Sometimes we’re out of the office showing people around different sites, so the place might be locked up for an hour here or there. We try to keep it real with everyone who walks in.
