Raj Medical Store

We are located in Surajpur. The store is just called Raj Medical Store. We stay open quite late most nights because that is when people seem to need us the most. The shelves are filled with boxes of medicine and some basic things like bandages or cough drops. It can get a bit cluttered behind the counter. We spend a lot of time checking expiry dates and making sure the fridge stays at the right temperature for the injections. Surajpur is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we see the same faces every week. We don't have fancy displays or bright flashing signs. It is just a regular shop with a counter and some glass cabinets. The floor is made of grey stone and we sweep it out every morning. Sometimes the delivery guys come in with big crates and we have to move things around to make space. It is a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We have a small stool in the corner where we take turns sitting down when the shop is empty. There is a clock on the wall that ticks pretty loudly. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people. We have been here long enough that we don't really need a map to find anything on the shelves anymore. It is just honest work in our corner of Surajpur.
