R M Real Estate is located at Beeta 1 10. This is a simple house-turned-office where we manage everything. Beeta 1 is a nice area, and we have been lucky to be at number 10 for a long time. Our work is mostly about houses and land around this side of town. We don't have a big team of sales people. It is just a couple of us who know the local blocks inside and out. The office has a very relaxed feel. Sometimes we are out on site visits all day, and other times we are just sitting there catching up on the phone. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to people. If a house is good, we say so. If it has problems, we mention those too. It is just easier to be honest about it. Beeta 1 is a place where people know their neighbors, and we fit into that. We don't do flashy brochures. Most people find us because someone told them we were at 10 Beeta 1. It is a practical way to run a real estate business. We see the same faces at the local tea stall every morning before we start. We aren't looking to expand into a giant company. We just want to keep doing what we do well right here in this neighborhood. It is a decent life and the work keeps us active. We usually close up when the sun goes down.
