We’ve been here in Film City for a while now, tucked away in Sector 16-A at FC-16. It’s a busy spot, always something going on with the cameras and the cables. We started Omega Broadcast because we knew the tech side of things was getting complicated for people. Most days it’s just us figuring out how to make the feed clearer or which piece of gear is actually going to hold up during a long shoot. There’s a lot of noise in this industry, but we mostly just stick to our corner and handle the technical bits. It isn’t always glamorous, despite the name of the area. Sometimes the AC fails and we’re just sitting there surrounded by monitors, trying to finish a project on time. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come to us when they need something fixed or if they need a specific setup for their broadcast. It’s a lot of wires and heavy lifting. We know the roads around here get backed up during peak hours, so we’ve learned to start early. It’s honest work, keeping the screens running. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the equipment doesn't quit when it matters. If you walk past the main gates and find FC-16, that’s where you’ll find us, probably drinking some tea and looking at a circuit board that’s acting up again. We just do our job.
