Our office for Newholland Fiat (I) Pvt.Ltd. is tucked away in 202 Saraswati Apt, over in Anand Ashray in Greater Noida. It’s not your typical corporate building; it’s more of an apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. Working out of Greater Noida has its moments, especially with the traffic and the construction always going on nearby. We handle a lot of the tractor and machinery coordination from here. Most of the day is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to the distributors who need parts or have questions about the machines. The kitchen in the apartment is where we usually end up having our lunch and arguing about whose turn it is to get the tea for everyone. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign out front that you can see from a mile away. You just walk into the building and come up to the second floor. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which isn’t great when we have heavy files to carry. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and while it gets crowded with all the files and folders, it’s where we get the real work done. No fancy stuff, just people trying to keep the machinery side of the business moving along without too many hiccups or delays in the paperwork.
