Our factory and office are located at E-24, Site-C in the Surajpur Indl. Area. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always the sound of machinery or trucks in the background. Newgen Speciality Plastic Ltd. has been operating out of this specific plot for several years. It is a dusty area, especially when the wind picks up, so we are always wiping down the windows and desks. Working with plastics isn't always the cleanest job, but we take pride in the actual output rather than how the floor looks every minute. The building is a standard industrial shed style, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our equipment and a small corner for the paperwork. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is running right on the floor. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the requests as they come in. Site-C is a big place, and we have some good neighbors who are also running their own workshops and factories. It feels like a community of makers and doers. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it like everyone else here. It is a practical environment where hard work is the main thing that matters. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand at E-24.
