We’re out at Udhyog Kendra, Plot No. 3 in Greater Noida. It’s a big space because, well, tractors are big. We have a lot of room for the machines and the parts. Working with New Holland tractors means we see a lot of heavy machinery every single day. The guys in the shop are usually busy fixing things or getting new units ready for delivery. Greater Noida is a bit spread out, so it’s nice having a dedicated plot where we can actually move the tractors around without hitting anything. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly scenic, but it’s the right place for what we do. We don't have any polished sales floor with bright lights. It’s more of a working yard and a functional office. We get farmers and contractors coming in from all over the region. Some know exactly what they want, and others just want to look at the tires and the engines. We don't use any fancy language to describe the machines. A tractor is a tool, and we treat it like one. The team here is pretty relaxed but they work hard when there’s a lot to do. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the equipment is in good shape before it leaves the gate. That's the main thing we care about at the end of the day.
