At Neomaxx Lights Pvt. Ltd., we are based in Kasna, Gautam Budh Nagar. Specifically, we are at O-17 in Site-5 of the UPSIDC area. It is a proper industrial zone, so there are trucks and workers everywhere you look. We have been here for a while, making different kinds of lights. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of metal and glass and wiring involved every single day. Our floor is usually covered in some kind of assembly material. We are not interested in sounding like a big multinational corporation even though we have "Pvt. Ltd." in our name. We started small and we still feel like a small shop. The guys on the floor have been with us for years. We know each other's families and have lunch together most days. When things go wrong, we just sit down and figure it out. No big meetings or powerpoint slides here. We just want to make sure the lights we send out actually turn on and stay on. Kasna can be a bit dusty, and the roads are not always the best, but it is home for the business. We do not spend money on fancy ads. We just hope people like what we do and tell their friends. It is a straightforward way to live. We are just here working, day in and day out, like everyone else.
