Neeraj Architects and int. Designer

Neeraj Architects and int. Designer is located at 123, L Block in Delta II. Being in Greater Noida gives us plenty of room to work, though the L Block area can get pretty busy during the day. We handle both the building side and the inside parts of projects. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with fabric swatches and floor plans scattered everywhere. It isn't a polished corporate environment, and we prefer it that way. We like to be able to spread out and see all our materials at once. Most of us have lived in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a long time. We’ve watched Delta II change as more houses and shops went up. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s mostly just sitting down with a pencil and trying to solve problems. Some projects are big and some are just small renovations, but we treat them about the same. We have a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a dedicated receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone busy at a computer. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. It’s honest work, and we are glad to be doing it here for our neighbors.
