Management Trainee

This place is located out in Greater Noida, specifically at Plot Number 44 in KP-III. It’s part of the Raj Rajeswar Senapati Indian Business Academy. We spend a lot of our time here dealing with the management trainee side of things. It is not always the most exciting work, to be honest. There is a lot of sitting around and looking through schedules or trying to organize the different modules that need to get done. The building itself is okay, though the walk from the main gate can feel like a marathon when the sun is out and it's over forty degrees. We are mostly focused on the day-to-day tasks of keeping the trainees on track. Some days the coffee machine in the break room is the only thing keeping us going. We don’t have a huge staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phones to moving chairs around for a meeting. It is a practical sort of place. We don't really go for all the high-level business talk you might hear in the city. We just want to make sure the work gets finished and the students know where they are supposed to be. Sometimes the internet goes out because of the construction nearby, and we just have to wait it out. It is just a normal office environment where we try to stay organized despite the usual daily mess.
