Maan Tejveer

Down at Friends Colony 8, things stay pretty quiet most of the time. My name is Tejveer and this is where I handle most of my business. It isn't a huge operation with a bunch of staff in suits. It’s more of a personal setup where I can focus on what needs to get done without too many distractions. I’ve been in this spot for a good while, so the walls have seen a lot of projects come and go. Friends Colony is a decent place to be located. You don’t get the crazy city traffic, which makes it easier for people to pull up and visit for a chat. My office has a few chairs, a big table for layouts, and whatever snacks I picked up in the morning. I spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in my notebook. I’ve always preferred pen and paper for the first draft of anything. It just feels more real that way. Sometimes I’ll be here late at night when the rest of the street is dark, just trying to finish up a tough part of a job. It’s not always easy, and there are days when nothing seems to go right, but that’s just how it is. Most of the people who come here are looking for someone who will actually listen to what they need. I try to be that person and give them an honest answer about what I can do.
