We operate out of Kasna at K-47 in the UPSIDC Site 5 area. It is an industrial spot, so there is always something moving or some noise in the background. At Dew Speciality Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our hours dealing with the day-to-day tasks that come with being in a place like this. The building itself is just a standard industrial unit, nothing too flashy or modern, but it works for what we need. We have been in this location for a bit, and we know the neighbors and the local delivery guys pretty well. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that is just part of being out here in Site 5. We do not spend much time on fancy office decor because we are usually too busy with the actual work. Our team is small and we mostly just talk to each other about what needs to get finished by the end of the week. It gets hot in the summer out here, but we manage. We keep the kettle going and just get on with things. It is a practical setup and it suits us fine. People find us easily enough once they get into the UPSIDC area. We just focus on the stuff in front of us and try to keep everything moving along without too much fuss. It is just how things go for us here in Kasna.
