Our office is located on Dsp Road in Tatabad. It’s a central enough spot, making it easy for us to get around. We work on things that help retail shops run better, like shelving or display setups and other bits and pieces they might need. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of samples of racks and brackets leaning against the walls. Tatabad is a busy commercial area, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside our window. We spend a lot of time visiting different shops to see what they need and then coming back here to figure out the logistics. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like seeing how a shop looks once we’ve helped them organize their space. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping load a truck. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to get the retail guys what they need without making it too complicated. Sometimes we run out of a certain part and have to scramble to find it, but we usually manage. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve been on Dsp Road for a while and have a good rhythm going with the local businesses around us. It’s nice being in a neighborhood where we can walk to get a decent lunch or pick up supplies quickly.
