Our office is on the first floor, S-27, in Eldeco Green Meadows over in Sector Pi. Greater Noida is a big, sprawling place, but this area feels a bit more settled. Global Realty Venture Ltd. is run by Madhup Kumar Tetarbe and a few of us who help out. It’s a typical real estate office, really. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of folders full of property papers. The Eldeco area is quite nice, with plenty of green spaces around us. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at different plots and buildings. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about real estate. Most of the time it’s just checking documents and waiting for people to show up for viewings. We’ve been at this address since things started growing in Sector Pi. The office has a few chairs for visitors and a coffee machine that works half the time. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People usually find us because they saw our sign or someone told them about us. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. The traffic in Noida can be a bit much, so we appreciate it when people make the trip to see us. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just moving along with the market. We take it one day at a time.
