Our spot at Gherzi Eastern Ltd. is over in Greater Noida, specifically at Flat No. 701 in Jalvayu Vihar. It’s part of Pocket 4 in the Builders Area. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it a pretty comfortable place to spend the day. Being in U.P. 201308 means we’re tucked away from some of the main chaos of the city, but it’s still busy enough. We use the space for all our main coordination. It’s a flat, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have our files, our computers, and usually a few cups of tea sitting around. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don't have a receptionist at a marble desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’re just meeting the people who do the actual work. We’ve been in Jalvayu Vihar for a bit now, and we like the atmosphere of the Builders Area. It’s practical for us. We handle the emails, take the calls, and keep the projects moving. It’s not about being the biggest office in Noida; it’s about having a place where we can actually think and get stuff done. We appreciate the quiet moments when the phones aren't ringing. It’s a real place with real people just trying to stay organized and keep the business side of things healthy. It’s not glamorous, but it is functional, and that’s what we need most days to keep things on track.
