Nareena Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is situated at I-23 Site C in the Industrial Area of Surajpur. Being in the G. B. Nagar District Industrial Area means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and warehouses. It’s a place where things are made and moved every single day. Our building is right in the thick of it. We’ve been operating here for years, and we’ve seen businesses come and go. The work we do involves a lot of science and careful handling, so the inside of our place is a lot more organized than the busy streets outside might suggest. We have a dedicated crew that shows up early to get the machines warmed up and the day started. There isn't much room for error in what we do, so we spend a lot of time double-checking our work. We aren't big on slogans or fancy mission statements. We just think that if you do the work right, that’s what matters in the end. The commute can be a bit of a hassle with the industrial traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We have our lunch breaks together and then get right back to the tasks. It’s a straightforward, hardworking atmosphere. We focus on our production targets and making sure everything is handled safely and efficiently.
