Katbro Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is based at C 9 in the Epip area. It’s a more planned industrial zone compared to some other parts of the city. Our building is a solid structure with a lot of windows that get a bit dusty from the surrounding road work and wind. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and storage areas. We have a few computers and some people working on logistics and orders. It’s not a very loud place, but there’s a steady hum of activity most of the day. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things work and what to do. We drink a lot of tea and coffee during the afternoon slump to keep going. The stairs leading up to the second floor are a bit steep. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings or presentations. We just sit around the table and figure out the day’s problems. Epip can be a bit quiet in the evenings once everyone heads home for the night. We usually stay until the last truck is cleared and the gates are shut. It’s a straightforward operation at C 9. We don’t spend money on shiny signs or big ads. People know we are here and that’s enough for us. The warehouse part stays pretty cool even when it’s hot outside. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
