Our factory is located at Plot No. 30 in Udyog Kendra - I, within the Ecotech - III area. We do plastic moulding, which means we have several large machines that run throughout the day. The building is a typical industrial shed with high ceilings and plenty of ventilation, though it still gets very hot when the machines are at full temperature. We make various plastic parts for different industries, and there are always crates of finished products stacked up near the loading dock. The smell of raw plastic pellets is something you notice as soon as you step inside. We have a crew that works in shifts, so the machines rarely stop. It is a noisy place, and everyone has to wear ear protection to get through the day. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. If someone comes to see us, they usually end up standing in the middle of the floor while we talk over the hum of the motors. The road out here in Ecotech can be quite dusty, and we get a lot of trucks moving in and out of the park. We focus on getting the moulds right and making sure the plastic doesn't have any bubbles or flaws. It’s hard work and the hours can be long when we have a big order to finish. We are just a local manufacturing unit trying to keep up with the production schedule every week.
